The fourth annual Culinary Clash to benefit the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation is set for August 24 at the Los Angeles Convention Center during the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo.
The exciting event will pit restaurant heavyweights against each other for bragging rights and the ultimate prize – The Purse. Restaurant teams will be paired up with a ProStart® student or graduate as a sous chef. Food tastes, Karl Strauss craft beer and Rodney Strong Wine Estates wines will be served for all attendees. Join us Monday, August 24 from 3 pm to 5 pm for the Culinary Clash: Battle LA.
